Dear all,

Now I am using Oracle Discoverer 4 and have the questions.
Is it possible to format the column if "Jan" Column's figure is smaller than "Target" column's figure?

That depends on which column you want to format. Basic idea is: format column X like this-and-that of value of column X is higher/lower/equal to value ...
So, there is no space for comparing values in different columns. However, you can create a calculation something like sign(Target - Jan), then add a color coding (conditional format) to that calculation column.
