Dear All,
I want an report to be generated using oracle-8i and D2k-6i, which is some what similar to the sample given below. please check the attachment for layout.

Eg: In emp table group all employees who are hired on particular date and having

1) salary above 1000 and below 2000

2) salary above 2000 and below 3000

3) salary above 3000


Deptno1, Deptno2 ……… are the values / data ( not an column ) like ACCOUNTING, RESEARCH ……etc

Total1, Total2, Total3 are the total of all the emp in all the dept (eg: Accounting + Research + …..) whose salary > 1000 and < 2000, salary >2000<3000 and Salary > 3000 respectively.


Tot1, tot2, tot3…….. are the total / count of all the emp in a particular dept ( irrespective of their salary range )


Can anyone Please help to solve this problem.
