I am calling report directly to printer in oracle 10g.

http://localhost.localdomain:7778/reports/rwservlet?server=rep_localhost_oracleas2&report=/reports/trial_equipmentmov_on_hire.rdf &userid=sealiner_Dev/sealiner_dev@dev&desformat=pdf&destype=printer&DESNAME=HP%20LaserJet%204050%20Series%20PCL

In URL i have to pass printer driver name in DESNAME but i am getting error --

REP-713: Invalid printer name 'HP LaserJet 4050 Series PCL' specified by parameter DESNAME.

Please help me out that what i have to pass in DESNAME

Did you have a look at the link?
What did you grab from that?
Have you looked at

Actually that is for destype=FILE but my case is different i have to put my output to printer so i need printer name in detination

Did you try to rename the printer to, for example, "HPLJ4050"?

I tried to rename but this error is coming

REP-50159: Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output
