Tree

10000->1->12->82





area_id area_name parent_area_id area_type_ie area_type

10000 allregion NUll 0 global
1 asia 10000 1 region
12 southasia 1 2 territory
82 india 12 3 country
83 china 12 3 country


i need to flat this tree as below requirement.


area_id country territory region global
10000 global
1 asia global
12 southasia asia global
82 india southasia asia global
82 china southasia asia global
