Hello,

I have created a report and sepcified the width and height as 14x8.5 for header, main, trailer. I have also set the properties to landscape.

The problem is the default printing scheme is still printing in 8.5x11. It IS printing landscape as default, but i can't get it to default on the Legal page size instead of letterhead. Im sure this is an easy setting but i just cant seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I think this could be one of the reason, DOC ID: Note: 215375.1
Specifically below:-

Any changes made to a Printer Driver or Style make it necessary to bounce the concurrent manager in order for the changes to take effect. The printer information is memory resident so the concurrent manager must be reset after each modification. Please note, if this step is omitted, the changes that have been made to any printer setting will not take effect.

this report that i have made runs on dozens of different computers, it needs to have a default pagesize that isn't set up in the printer settings everytime it is run.
